D1 specifications
Figures on this page come from the D1 documentation, not from measurements on a machine: the user and maintenance manual, the declaration of conformity, and — for the operating temperature range and the explosive-atmosphere wording — the risk analysis, which is the document that disagrees with the manual. Each table below says where a value differs.
Electrical

The temperature you actually set is a property of the material, not of the dryer — see PLA and PETG, and the settings on D1 Dryer — setup.

Control panel
Section titled “Control panel”Eleven elements, in the manual’s numbering:
- Temperature — current reading, set value, and the buttons that raise and lower it
- Drying cycle toggle — starts and stops the cycle
- Indicator lights — heater active, fan running, air-exchange valve open
- History — stored temperature graphs
- Settings and WiFi, where the machine is fitted with it
Firmware updates are offered on the panel itself: a notice appears in the bottom right corner when one is available. To install it, open Settings and choose Check for updates — the panel finds it and applies it from there.
Do not switch the machine off or cut its power during an update. It restarts on its own when it finishes.
Connectivity
Section titled “Connectivity”A D1 on a local network exposes a web interface at d1os.local, which shows
and manages the main running parameters. It works only from the same local
network — there is no remote access from outside it.
Conformity
Section titled “Conformity”Declared under the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC, with the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU and EMC 2014/30/EU. Assessed against UNI EN ISO 12100:2010 and CEI EN 60204-1:2018. The risk analysis places the machine at severity 0 — hot and moving parts are not reachable in normal use.
Figures on the machine itself
Section titled “Figures on the machine itself”Power draw and nominal current are on the rating plate, with the serial number, frequency and phases — read them there for your machine.
