First boot and setup

Calibration

- PID tuning — calibrate heater PID per zone via Mainsail console, run with fans on
Maintenance

- Nozzle replacement — CHANGE_NOZZLE macro, PTFE tape (3 wraps), sizes 1/1.8/3/5/8 mm
